Exact JSON numbers. Decompile writes Number::exact("…") for any number whose plain literal would not read back to the same digits.

exact(lexical: String) -> ExactNumber

Build an ExactNumber, accepted by every numeric setter, entry_point_position, the annotation position / size and Cond operands. Text that is not a JSON number fails with `…` is not a JSON number.
